Your time is valuable!  How often do you find yourself “chasing” your client for information or documents that you need “right now”.  We’ll work with your client to get ahead of those problems.  We’ll gather facts, prepare summary reports from client interviews, and help you build a solid case file that you can rely upon.

DEBT RESTRUCTURING

For those clients who are financially distressed, we have decades of experience at “work outs” with lenders.  We’ll use that experience in negotiating fair and reasonable solutions to your clients debt issues.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

Forecasts, spreadsheets, and analysis are our mainstay.  We’ll take apart a financial problem, analyze it and present alternative solutions to resolve the problem.  We have vast experience in “hands on” review of a clients fiinancial performance.  We’ll build the forecast and analysis on facts that can be supported and will be prepared to testify in court.  Daryl has been certified in Federal Bankruptcy Court as a Financial Analyst and Production Management Specialist.
